2 hours of pre-paid digital support. Pay in advance for your one-off digital support needs, and we will set you up with an online spreadsheet, where you can track your balance and what we have done. We only charge you for THE TIME IT TOOK TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Pay by the hour, but we only CHARGE BY THE MINUTE. When your remaining time has gone to 10 minutes or below, you need to top up with another 2 hours. -

A discovery session is a great way to undercover the core business reasons and requirements when building a website. The discovery process consists of an in-depth 2-hour meeting, and then I prepare a report for you to use as a brief for your website. Even if you don't work with us, you can use this with any developer and they will fall over with amazement at how tuned in your are. If you hire us to do the job, the $300 fee is taken off your project fee. You can't lose. -
Need a couple of hours to get up to speed with WordPress? Nearly finished your site but just need some help with a few things? NB. Be aware that some theme or plugin specific issues might not fit into this training. There are thousands of themes, and of course, I can’t know them all. This training is for WordPress, not WP themes. That said, I will be also able to sort most theme and plugin issues for you anyway. If your problem is specifically related to a plugin or theme, please contact us before booking.
