Revive Wellness – Website

The Brief

Alison, from Revive Yoga & Naturopathic Wellness, approached me to build her a website for her existing business. Her budget was limited, so to start she just wanted a nice looking information website on a  solid platform that could be developed further later on. WorsPress to the rescue!

Our Design Approach

Alison had some strong ideas about what she wanted, mostly to do with keeping it clean and uncluttered and ‘soft’ to cater to the market she is dealing with. She already had a good logo, so the design approach came from her ideas and the colours. A lot of time was spent sourcing good images that expressed the right message, and using a  custom font to enhance the soft feeling we were chasing. Quotes and testimonials were used throughout the site as layout elements to break up the reasonably large amounts of information provided.

The Results

It’s a clean, fresh site in keeping with the health industry she is in, and the colours work very well together. Combined with the images and the custom font, and the layout, I think it’s a lovely site that very well expresses the concepts and energy of the business. Because fo the structure and the platform, it is ready for Stage 2, in which it could easily be converted into an e-commerce website, taking bookings directly on the site.
